The public request form is not a purchase. No payment is attempted until ScopeCleared confirms fit and capacity, the buyer separately accepts the displayed recurring terms, and secure Stripe checkout succeeds. ScopeCleared never receives authority to make a field, safety, legal, engineering, code, price, scope, schedule, or client decision for your company.

Website purpose

ScopeCleared is a product of Gromby LLC. The website describes founder-assisted PM Coverage and collects written activation requests from commercial electrical project managers. Modeled examples demonstrate the intended workflow and are not customer results, testimonials, or evidence that any particular outcome will occur.

No emergency or professional advice

Do not use this website or public form for emergencies, site-safety issues, legal questions, structural or engineering judgment, building-code conclusions, insurance decisions, or instructions that could cause work to begin. Follow the contractor's established emergency and safety procedures and use appropriately licensed professionals.

No private job evidence in the public form

Do not submit client names, project names, addresses, job documents, contract text, photographs, recordings, access credentials, payment information, or detailed incident facts through the public fit form, checkout-request email, or an advertisement response. Private evidence may be accepted only through a separately authorized secure intake path.

Commercial electrical PM Coverage

The current public offer is $299 at secure checkout, then $299 every 30 days until canceled. Each paid period covers one named commercial electrical PM, one active project, up to three qualifying issue starts, and no more than three covered issues open at once. The first 14 days focus on the first three qualifying issues.

The public written request does not reserve capacity, begin service, or authorize a charge. A subscription begins only after written capacity confirmation, separate explicit recurring-billing consent, and successful Stripe checkout. The offer-specific scope, controlled remedy, cancellation effect, and private-data boundary are stated in the PM Coverage subscription terms, which control for this offer if they conflict with general website language.

Other or legacy services

Any private, legacy, or future service not described in the PM Coverage terms requires its own written offer, displayed price, scope, billing cadence, cancellation terms, and active acceptance. No older commercial TI pilot, residential offer, or separately discussed program silently changes the current public PM Coverage offer.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

ScopeCleared owns or licenses the website's text, design, modeled examples, and software. You may review and share the offer internally for evaluation. You may not scrape the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful content, interfere with the form, or represent modeled materials as actual customer results.

No warranty

The proof-stage website and modeled materials are provided for evaluation on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, ScopeCleared does not warrant uninterrupted availability, production readiness, legal enforceability, recovered revenue, avoided disputes, margin improvement, customer satisfaction, or any specific business result.

Changes and contact

These website terms may change as the founding cohort and production controls develop. Changes do not create a new charge without the buyer's required billing authorization. Any separately accepted written order controls if it conflicts with this page.
