No. A useful result must maintain issue state across people and time, assemble approved sources, expose missing inputs, prepare the authority-gated decision, keep approved follow-through active, record acknowledgment, and preserve the chain. A one-time summary is not Exception Custody.

It uses only the selected sources and authority map approved for the sprint, shows source links and versions, and flags conflicts or uncertainty. It does not silently decide that an old drawing, prior-site solution, email, or verbal statement is controlling authority.

Yes. The PM or named qualified authority remains responsible for judgment and consequential approval. ScopeCleared carries permitted preparation, routing, pursuit, confirmation, and recordkeeping.

The first issue can begin with an existing photo, text, voice note, email, or thread. One field contact must be available through an agreed channel for missing-fact requests or acknowledgment. A company-wide app rollout is not required.

It cannot force an outside party to answer. It can make the ask precise, preserve ownership and deadlines, execute approved follow-up, expose changing risk, and return the issue when the stop or escalation rule is reached.

No payment is attempted by the public form. ScopeCleared checks founder capacity and the written fit confirmations, then sends either an approved secure checkout link or a written decline to your work email. After an accepted checkout, you identify one project and source pack, set the permitted communication boundaries, and forward the first live issue. No sales call is required. Founder-assisted setup may use a short written intake or optional working session.

Do not request checkout unless three qualifying issues are reasonably likely during the 14-day window. The controlled refund cannot be evaluated until those issues and required inputs arrive. You can cancel before the next billing date, but the first payment is not automatically refundable solely because no issue arrived.

Yes. An accepted secure checkout charges $299 at purchase, then $299 every 30 days until canceled. The public written request does not charge you. The first 14 days are the PM Proof Sprint, and coverage continues after the proof window without another purchase decision. An activated subscriber receives a Stripe billing-portal path; billing support is also available at crew@scopecleared.com.

The controlled promise applies to ScopeCleared's own deliverables for the first three qualifying issues after you provide the agreed sources and required approvals. If those source-linked Decision Cards and tracked next-action states are not delivered, request a refund of the first $299 payment and cancellation of the subscription. Outside answers, approvals, payment, recovery, avoided rework, and issue closure are not guaranteed.

No. Closed means the approved answer exists, the field acknowledged it, and the decision chain is preserved in the agreed record. It does not replace qualified engineering, code, safety, contract, price, or field-direction judgment.
