Needs You
Judgment, approval, failed deadline, changed exposure, or a new exception requires your attention.
FOR COMMERCIAL ELECTRICAL PMS DONE BEING THE FOLLOW-UP SYSTEM
In the founder-assisted first cohort, forward the photo, text, voice note, or email you already received. ScopeCleared helps assemble the approved sources, expose what is missing, prepare the decision, and carry the follow-through you authorize.
FOUNDER-ASSISTED FIRST COHORT · MODELED INTERFACES SHOW THE TARGET WORKFLOW · END-TO-END AUTOMATION IS NOT CLAIMED
“GC wants this branch circuit moved before the wall closes. Says we’ll sort the change later.”
PHOTO ATTACHED · NO DRAWING REFERENCEModeled interface. Not a customer project or product-result claim.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF you run active electrical work, personally own the ugly field questions, can approve a $299 test, and want help carrying open loops without surrendering authority.

A MODELED PM JOURNEY · ABOUT 13 MINUTES
This walkthrough shows what the agent carries, where it stops, and the exact moments your judgment remains required. It is a modeled demonstration, not a customer result.
Release-stage note: the film describes the approved subscription terms and founder-assisted target workflow. This page does not purchase or activate coverage. The button below submits a written checkout request, and no payment is attempted here.

THE HIDDEN ENEMY IS THE ORPHANED OPEN LOOP
The PM supplies judgment. During the first cohort, founder-assisted ScopeCleared supplies continuity of attention under the agreed operating rules. The modeled workflow gives each qualifying issue one visible state, with no vague “in progress.”
Judgment, approval, failed deadline, changed exposure, or a new exception requires your attention.
A valid authority path, named owner, precise ask, live deadline, and scheduled next action exist.
The approved answer exists, acknowledgment is verified, and the decision chain is preserved. Closed is not a correctness claim.
FROM 8:12 AM INTERRUPTION TO CONTROLLED NEXT MOVE
Forward the foreman’s existing text and photo. Do not rewrite it into a perfect ticket first.
Approved sources, versions, observed facts, missing inputs, authority, and risk flags assemble into one Decision Card.
ScopeCleared prepares or sends the precise, permitted request to the right person under your channel rules.
Facts, unknowns, sources, and bounded options return to Needs You. You edit, approve, reject, or escalate.
Named owner, exact ask, deadline, next action, escalation path, and stop rule remain visible.
During proof stage, founder-assisted service verifies acknowledgment and preserves the source, authority, approval, action, and receipt together. Full automation is not claimed.
$299 at approved checkout, then every 30 days until canceled. The first 14 days are the proof sprint.
REAL CATEGORIES OF PM INTERRUPTION
During the founder-assisted first cohort, ScopeCleared carries the permitted work around the decision using the agreed sources and human operating boundary. The modeled cards below show the target workflow. You or the correct authority makes the decision.
Founder-assisted ScopeCleared: Preserves the field signal, assembles the approved sources, exposes missing written authority, and keeps the PM-controlled follow-up alive.
You retain entitlement, notice, pricing, relationship, and change-authorization decisions.Founder-assisted ScopeCleared: Identifies the source version, gathers the smallest missing photo or dimension, separates observed fact from inference, and prepares the correct-authority question.
Qualified people retain engineering, code, safety, means and methods, and continue-or-hold decisions.Founder-assisted ScopeCleared: Compares the question and response, isolates the unanswered point, prepares the precise clarification, and maintains the approved pursuit.
You retain technical acceptance and field direction.Founder-assisted ScopeCleared: Builds the dependency chain, names the owner and deadline, prepares approved reminders, and surfaces changed exposure.
You retain substitutions, commitments, cost, and schedule tradeoffs.Founder-assisted ScopeCleared: Shows the missing commitment, current owner, deadline, and next permitted action, then maintains the follow-through.
You retain authorization, safety planning, sequence, and contractual commitments.Founder-assisted ScopeCleared: Names the exact missing item and owner, pursues it under approved rules, records receipt, and preserves the chain.
You retain acceptance, certification, and completion judgment.THE PM IS STILL THE HERO
The goal is not to make you a hands-off PM. It is to make you the calm quarterback, appearing where experience and authority matter instead of carrying every search, reminder, update, and receipt home.
THE 14-DAY PM PROOF SPRINT
This is a founder-assisted operational proof for one authority-qualified commercial electrical PM on one active project. It is not a company-wide software implementation.
THIS IS NOT A WORKFLOW-BUILDING ASSIGNMENT
Request written activation, then complete secure checkout after capacity is confirmed.
Provide the selected sources you are authorized to share.
Forward the first qualifying live issue.
Approve, correct, reject, or escalate consequential actions.
Review the issue receipts and sprint readout.
Not required before first value: integrations, system migration, prompt building, whole-team training, or cleaning up the ugly issue before handoff.
TRUST IS AN OPERATING BOUNDARY, NOT A BADGE WALL
ScopeCleared is designed to expose the authority path and return control instead of hiding uncertainty behind a fluent answer.
See the project source, document version, facts, assumptions, and missing inputs behind the brief.
See who has decision authority and which PM approval is required before consequential action.
Allowed recipient, channel, tone, cadence, escalation, and stop rules remain explicit.
Actions, acknowledgments, corrections, and state changes remain part of the decision chain.

KEEP YOUR OFFICIAL SYSTEMS
Procore, ACC, your change-order log, and email remain the official system and formal workflow.
Send three qualifying issues and the agreed selected sources. If ScopeCleared does not deliver the promised source-linked Decision Cards and tracked next-action states, request a refund of the first $299 payment and cancellation of the subscription.
The remedy is a refund of the first $299 payment and cancellation of the subscription. It is bounded to ScopeCleared-controlled deliverables, not the actions of outside parties.
Outside answers, approvals, payment, recovery, avoided rework, and issue closure are not guaranteed. Review the PM Coverage terms before requesting checkout.NO-CALL WRITTEN ACTIVATION
If your written request is accepted, a separate secure checkout starts recurring coverage. The first 14 days focus on the first three issues. After that, one named PM on one active project receives three qualifying issue starts each 30-day billing period, with no more than three open at once.
This page does not collect payment. After a written capacity check, an accepted buyer receives a secure checkout with the same displayed price and recurring terms.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS BEFORE YOU REQUEST
This first no-call sprint is deliberately designed for commercial electrical PMs running TI, renovation, retrofit, or special-project work. The underlying system may later serve other trades and regional GCs, but a narrow first offer makes fit easier to judge.
No. A useful result must maintain issue state across people and time, assemble approved sources, expose missing inputs, prepare the authority-gated decision, keep approved follow-through active, record acknowledgment, and preserve the chain. A one-time summary is not Exception Custody.
It uses only the selected sources and authority map approved for the sprint, shows source links and versions, and flags conflicts or uncertainty. It does not silently decide that an old drawing, prior-site solution, email, or verbal statement is controlling authority.
Yes. The PM or named qualified authority remains responsible for judgment and consequential approval. ScopeCleared carries permitted preparation, routing, pursuit, confirmation, and recordkeeping.
The first issue can begin with an existing photo, text, voice note, email, or thread. One field contact must be available through an agreed channel for missing-fact requests or acknowledgment. A company-wide app rollout is not required.
It cannot force an outside party to answer. It can make the ask precise, preserve ownership and deadlines, execute approved follow-up, expose changing risk, and return the issue when the stop or escalation rule is reached.
No payment is attempted by the public form. ScopeCleared checks founder capacity and the written fit confirmations, then sends either an approved secure checkout link or a written decline to your work email. After an accepted checkout, you identify one project and source pack, set the permitted communication boundaries, and forward the first live issue. No sales call is required. Founder-assisted setup may use a short written intake or optional working session.
Do not request checkout unless three qualifying issues are reasonably likely during the 14-day window. The controlled refund cannot be evaluated until those issues and required inputs arrive. You can cancel before the next billing date, but the first payment is not automatically refundable solely because no issue arrived.
Yes. An accepted secure checkout charges $299 at purchase, then $299 every 30 days until canceled. The public written request does not charge you. The first 14 days are the PM Proof Sprint, and coverage continues after the proof window without another purchase decision. An activated subscriber receives a Stripe billing-portal path; billing support is also available at crew@scopecleared.com.
The controlled promise applies to ScopeCleared's own deliverables for the first three qualifying issues after you provide the agreed sources and required approvals. If those source-linked Decision Cards and tracked next-action states are not delivered, request a refund of the first $299 payment and cancellation of the subscription. Outside answers, approvals, payment, recovery, avoided rework, and issue closure are not guaranteed.
No. Closed means the approved answer exists, the field acknowledged it, and the decision chain is preserved in the agreed record. It does not replace qualified engineering, code, safety, contract, price, or field-direction judgment.
